DIGITAL MOCKUP
The digital mock-up attached to this invoice is for approximate positioning of the artwork only. Artwork scaling may not be exact . The mock-up will serve as a visual reference for determining print sizing and placement unless exact measurement preferences are specified by the customer. Please note the display of colors on different monitors/devices can vary dramatically. For pantone colors, refer to a pantone formula guide for accurate color matching.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED APPAREL
HD Print Design cannot guarantee results on garments and other items supplied by customer. HD Print Design is not responsible for replacing customer-provided items in the case of damage or error during the production process.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
-All sales are final. Items may not be refunded or exchanged.
-Any print errors or damaged pieces noticed upon receiving the order may be brought to the attention of HD Print Design no later than a week from picking up the order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once all details are finalized, payment in full is required to get started. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, cash, checks, and PayPal.

TURNAROUND
On average most orders take around seven business days to be completed (from the time all details are finalized), unless a specific due date is discussed between client and associate the turnaround will be 7-10 business days.

**IMPORTANT**
It is very important that you go over every detail on your invoice before approving. Your approval of this invoice constitutes acceptance of all details on the invoice. If final product isn't what you expected but it matches the order details approved, we will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
